Chiayi Shun Squid Soup 嘉義順 花枝羹

You can tell their squid is super fresh when you have your first bit!

They add onion, bamboo shoot and vinegar in the soup.

That's why it taste sweet (which is from fresh squid and onion) and a bit sour.

Highly recommend !!! I eat it every time when I go there.

Grill Potatoes 烤馬鈴薯

Price: NTD50-65 /GBP 1.3-1.6

Flavor: Double cheese / Ham / Tuna / Bacon / Corn / Broccoli

Every flavors will add on the special cheese which is melted and mixed by different kind of cheese.

You can choose whatever flavors you like, because every flavors are delicious!

The reason I said that is because I tried every flavors already. hahaha

So, just believe in me once and I'll never let you down.

Dessert

Sweet rice porridge with taro 米糕粥加芋頭

Price : NTD 50 / GBP 1.4

It's hard to explain the process how they made this, but it's easy to describe how it taste.

You might feel weird when they use rice in dessert, but the fact is .....100% match with taro!

It's sweet but not too sweet, chewy but not too chewy.

Taro will melt in your mouth when it just gets in. hahahaha

OX-tongue cakes 牛舌餅

Price : NTD 20 / GBP 0.5

Please don't freak out when you see "OX-tongue", it's not really a tongue. It's just a name of it.

It is made by flour, sugar, water then rolls it into a dough and bake it.

This kind of dessert is very traditional. Therefore, is hard to find it in city.
